About (the artist)Growing up around a master welder has its advantages. At age 6, my dad had me helping him in the garage welding and fabricating. That is where my interest in motorcycles and cars hit me. Like many of you, I collected chopper and hotrod magazines dreaming of the day I would finally have one. That day came when I was 16. Instead of having a car that ran, I had one that didn’t. It was a 62 corvette. Three years of welding & grinding after school with my dad, we had turned it into a three time show winner. During college I found a new artistic passion, home design and construction. Studying art in high school and college helped shape my eye for what I thought was cool. After years designing & remodeling houses, I shifted my focus to working with metal. My goal was to design and fabricate a bike that would grace the pages of Easyrider Magazine, to win at one of the biggest bike rallies in the country, and to earn respect from other builders. |

Well, my first bike “Wicked Sensation” won 1st place in the 2006 Metzler Show-Unlimited Chopper Class – Sturgis, 2nd place in the 2006 Biker/Penthouse Show - Sturgis and was selected to compete in the 2006 Legend Top 50 Custom bike show - Sturgis, 2nd place in Atlantic City Chopper Xpo and a top five finish at the Rathole in Daytona. In December, I received a call from Dino Petrocelli of “American Chopper/OCC” fame, to schedule a photo shoot for Easyrider magazine. My first two goals were achieved. The last will have to be earned overtime and I welcome it.
